We shall dispatch your order within 3 business days. Shipping will take approximately 2-8 business days depending on what state and/or territory you live in. During the pandemic, courier services are experiencing an overload, due to which they are running delayed. Please expect shipping delays due to covid-19.

Kindly note that COD service is not available during the pandemic. For any queries, please get in touch with our customer service team while processing your order.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number (if supported by our logistics partner). You may track the order on the logistic company’s site by using the tracking number.

Once you place your order, it will take upto 1-2 business days to confirm the order. Once you receive the confirmation email, it will normally take between 2 – 7 business day for your order to be delivered by our courier partner, depending on the location of your delivery.

At times, there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order by our courier partner due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Ramson is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Ramson continuously tries to naught such instances. Also, Ramson reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s).

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the “order notes” section when you’re finalizing your purchase as you are checking out.Please note a signature will be required when your order is delivered, so make sure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order.

Yes, though we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders.
Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):

  • Product(s) no longer available or temporarily out of stock
  • Limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product(s) or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • Non-serviceable locations

At times, we may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you.

RETURNS & REFUND

Ramson generally does not entertain any returns. We only accept returns incase of manufacturing defects or incase an incorrect product is delivered to you. For other reasons, we do not entertain returns. Each return is viewed on a case to case basis, we may accept certain requests purely under our discretion.

In case Ramson authorizes a return/exchange due to reasons other than manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivered, Ramson levies a nominal shipping charge ranging from INR 70-110, depending on the delivery location.

Please keep in mind the following conditions before returning a product:

  • You need to raise a return request within 3 days from the date of receiving the product(s).
  • Ensure that the product(s) are in original saleable condition, i.e. unused, unwashed and should not be damaged, with all price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and accessories intact
  • Please note that we are unable to return any orders without the original invoice of the product(s).
  • Items purchased from our offline retail network channel cannot be returned through our online channel, and vice versa.
  • After logging into your profile with your ID and password, go to “My Account”>”My Orders”.
  • Select the product(s) you want to return.
  • Choose item & upload photo(s) of the disputed item (upto 10 photos allowed)
  • Mention the reason for return.
  • Return request will be reviewed and confirmed by the Ramson team within 2-7 business days of the request. Ramson might contact the customer to take a feedback
  • Confirmation mail and update on portal for acceptance/rejection of return will provided
  • Incase the request is rejected, the customer will be notified and no returns/refunds will be initiated.
  • Incase the request is accepted, the customer will be notified and the amount shall be credited back to the customer’s bank account. For COD orders you shall have to update your bank details on your profile.
  • A return pick – up of your order will be arranged for. The courier executive shall help seal the packaging and pick up the order from the shipping address at a suitable time
  • Please note – in case of any offers applied while placing the order, the same will be nullified and accounted for depending on the eligibility of the scheme.
  • Once you place your order it will take upto 2 -3 business days to confirm the order
  • The customer is eligible to cancel his/her order until the order is confirmed by the Ramson team.
  • After logging into your profile with your ID and password, go to “My Account”>”My Orders”.
  • Select the product (s) that you wish to cancel
  • Cancellation request will be reviewed and confirmed by the Ramson team within 1 week of the request. Ramson might contact the customer to take a feedback.
  • Confirmation mail for the order cancellation request will be provided and a full refund into the customer’s bank account will be initiated accordingly.
  • As a part of cart offer or any other discount offer, if a user has purchased one product along with another product, and during cancellation of same, all the products purchased through same cart offer would get cancelled.
  • For product(s) purchased through specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any one of the product gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under same cart offer.

Please Note: Last 2 points applicable only in case of product level cancellation

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. Except for orders paid for by Cash on Delivery, for which refunds shall be made via a bank transfer. You will be required to share your bank account details during such scenarios. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If you have not received a refund in your account after more than 14 days, please show the confirmation to your bank so that they can help you and speed up the process.
